Alex is an AUTHORITY on the music of the 70's and 80's eras, and of a type of music gaining increased popularity across the U.S., "International Music" or "World Music". He is what you would call an "Expert" night club/corporate functions DJ. You will be hard-pressed to find a more professional individual than Alex D. His expertise and attention to detail have impressed a long line of prestigious clients and venues. Alex is much more than an incredible DJ--he is a college-degreed professional excelling in A.V.L. (Audio / Visual / Lighting) production, sound and lighting sales, service and installation.

"Please allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Alex D, and my professional DJ career began in 1980 at "My Club Discotheque" in Rome, Italy. Of course, I am fluent in both Italian and English. I literally grew up spinning records and mixing music in various clubs from Naples to Rome (Italy), and California to Florida. In addition to performance aspects, I have always been fascinated with the technical aspects of entertainment (equipment, production, etc.). With the combination of formal training and education, along with hands-on work situations, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge surrounding all areas of entertainment.

At present, I am featured on Monday nights at Barbarella Night Club here in Orlando for Central Florida's premier recurring disco night for seven years running. I also make frequent guest appearances at Club 1509 in Ybor City (Tampa) spinning "International" or "World" music. When major recording artists (The Village People, KC and the Sunshine Band, Aretha Franklin, Duran Duran, Rupaul, Chumbawamba, 7 Mary Three, just to name a few) perform at Downtown Disney's "House of Blues", I am frequently called to spin the pre/post show music. For high-profile club events that require "Specialized" DJ services, I have the musical knowledge, mixing skills and music library to offer you the utmost in professionalism.

I am well aware of the high demands and expectations a top-notch corporate party can carry. For this reason, I only provide the best and most up-to-date equipment available. The Sound equipment provides the "heartbeat", and the the Lights provide the "atmosphere" of a party. I consider myself an expert in these departments, with an emphasis on "Commercial Sound Reinforcement" and "Intelligent Lighting". I also specialize in front and rear screen projection shows, with full pipe and drape, using the finest commercial projectors including Proxima and Barco.
