Dancers
Due to the constant nature of change in regards to the availability
of Florida-based dancers, EC maintains an "Open Door Policy" to new dancers.
Auditions are held on a private, individual basis, by invitation only. EC specializes in
"Party Motivator Dancers", with regular work in the Corporate, Private Party,
Theme Park, Bar/Bat Mitzvah and Trade Show markets. Typically, you will be assigned to a
show (s) to work with an interactive DJ/MC. The ability to interact with the DJ/MC and
guests, both as a dancer and as a personality is required. In addition, the ability to
adapt to a wide array of fun, "Follow-Me" dances is required. Formal dance
training is not required, but helpful. Most importantly, EC looks for attractive,
