Formal Offer

Formal Offer - Submitted by the Purchaser, on the Purchaser's company letterhead, detailing the terms of the offer for performance. A Formal Offer is a firm and legally binding agreement if the terms are accepted and returned in writing by the Artist and/or Producer of the event. The person who has submitted the Formal Offer is legally bound for full payment of the show.
