IMPORTANT: Please provide us in order of preference with up to three Aritists who are of interest to you. Also, include as much detail as possible about your special event so we may assist you with accuracy.

Step 3 - Once we receive your information, an EC Producer will contact you with availability, information, suggestions, etc. You will then be asked to submit a formal offer.

Step 4 - Formal Offer - Now that you have taken the time to fill out the requested information, be prepared to act quickly. Once the determination for availability has been made for your requested date, time is of the essence. The Artist's availability for your date is assuredly limited. The only way to guarantee the Artist's availability is to provide a formal offer and a binding deposit.

Step 5 - Acceptance - After you have made your formal offer, the Artist or the Artist's Management will either accept or decline your offer. If the Artist accepts your offer, we will notify you by mail. This document will serve as a legal commitment to enter into formal contract.

Step 6 - Agreements and Initial Amounts Due - After your formal offer has been given, accepted and you have been notified by EC in writing, you will be required to enter into formal agreement and submit your initial amount.

Step 7 - Promotion - After the formal agreement has been signed and authorized, and your initial amount has been deposited and cleared into our escrow account, you will be provided with a 12 week promotional planner that will assist you in properly promoting your event.

Step 8 - Final Amounts Due - The time and date to submit your final amount due will depend on the nature of your event (ticket sales, concert, flat fee, etc.) You will be advised by EC on the exact nature of your final payment prior to your event date.

Step 9 - Day of Show - Considering that you have contracted EC for both the Talent Fee and The Production Rider Fee, your duties are minimal. You simply...

1. Show up dressed to impress
2. Introduce the talent to the stage (if you so desire)
3. Enjoy the event to its fullest potential
4. Enter the VIP area to take pictures and enjoy conversation with the Headliner Talent
5. Receive many compliments for hiring such incredible entertainment!

Step 10 - Week after Show - We will follow up and make sure that you are completely satisfied with your booking experience with EC. We also hope that you will refer us to your friends and business associates!
