your corporate / private event is serious business. It should not be approached without a
thorough understanding of all aspects involved. In order to avoid many headaches and
untold financial and legal obligations, please utilize the following information to help
you make educated decisions in your planning process. Please contact us ONLY if you are

Please consider that we represent Artists
through their respective management/booking agents, and in no way claim to be an exclusive
agent. In order for us to best represent your company, and the Artists, it is imperative
that our relationship remain exclusive. Surfing the web for the best deal from various
agencies can actually drive your price even higher. The reason is that all reputable,
licensed Talent Agencies go through the same channels (every artist has their own
manager/booking agent). When you "shop" 5-10 different agencies for the same
artist on the same date, you actually complicate the delicate nature of booking national
acts, and will often times alert the artist's manager/booking agent of their high demand
on that given date. Often times, we can negotiate the lowest possible rates for these
artists, but this process is much more difficult if several other agencies have issued
their Requests For Proposals (RFP's) for the same date. |
