
Violinist Lori Jean began her musical studies at
the age of seven under the instruction of her mother, Kathryn Rodgers. She received a
Bachelors Degree in performance from Cedarville University, followed by a Master of
Music Degree from the University of Utah. Loris musical experience includes
performances with the Springfield (Ohio) Symphony, Wichita Symphony, Utah Symphony in Salt
Lake City, Space Coast Pops Orchestra, and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. She has
participated in concerts with Rosemary Clooney, Joel Grey, Tony Bennett, and Doc
Severenson. Lori has been featured with the "Appassionata" duo, which made its
debut in April of 2004 at the McDonalds Global Convention. She has recorded her own
solo CD, "Memoirs of the Soul", and often participates in area studio
recordings. Lori currently performs in various chamber groups and solo performances as
well as teaching privately in Central Florida.
