All of our Steel Drum Players are actually from the islands, so you will enjoy their Caribbean accents, which help set the island tone! These acts are perfect for corporate cocktail hours, authentic-island themed events and just about any party looking for multi-talented steel drum players, vocalists, musicians and entertainers. A nice bonus with the majority of our Steel Drum Players is that they are accompanied by MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) controlled sound modules. What this means in laymen's terms is that one musician sounds like a full band. Although Steel Drums sound wonderful by themselves, accompanied by the "computerized band", if you close your eyes, you will swear you are in the islands listening to a reggae / calypso band!
