As you are preparing for one of the most important days in your life, you want to make sure that everything is perfect – to the last detail! As you shop, with care and anticipation, for your wedding attire, the locale for your reception and all the things that are required to make your very special day a reality, the entertainment is a central part of the event. We pride ourselves in giving you a stress-free event from the planning to the final dance.

Please find information below on the various DJ and Live Entertainment plans that we offer. Please consider these as a general basis to start your planning. We also offer live bands, soloists, duos, trios and quartets if you prefer Live Entertainment to Disc Jockeys. Finally, we offer professional photography, videography and dance instruction.

Since there are many options to consider, we recommend a free consultation here at our offices. We are equipped with a multimedia conference room, staff pictures, bios and promotional videos to help you in planning the entertainment for your special day. Our staff will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes and make your event a memorable one for you and your guests.

Our DJ/MC's and entertainers perform regularly throughout Central Florida's theme parks, hotels, resorts and attractions. We are very proud to say that we have 10 DJ's on our roster (over 30 DJ's total!) that are approved for Fairy Tale Weddings at The World's Largest Theme Park.

To keep things simple as you compare different companies, we offer two complete packages at competitive price points; along with 'A La Carte' add-ons to build the perfect wedding entertainment. Considering that the average rate you will find quoted to you going through the Yellow Pages is $100 - $150/hr., our rates as an established company, with the finest DJ/MC's in the industry represent the best value you will find. We encourage you to shop around, and are confident that you will come back to us!

PARTY MOTIVATORS/DANCERS
Recommended when you desire more audience interaction and participation. The motivators will help guests interact, learn new dances and pass out your party props. 

MUSIC FOR CEREMONY/COCKTAIL HOUR
A sound system designed to provide adequate sound for cocktail hours in adjacent rooms.

PHOTO MONTAGE – Laptop Computer / Image Projector / Big Screen / P.A.
Photo stills, audio and narration. You provide us with up to 30 of your favorite photos, and we do the rest! This presentation includes any 2-songs that you provide, and narration by our MC (or your own narrator)… $500.00 

MIXED MEDIA – Same as above, but with VHS, DVD or Laser Disc Video
Same as above, but with motion video. You can also provide us with your own VHS or 8mm home videos. This combination of stills and video creates added impact and an even more memorable presentation… $750.00

LIVE VIDEO – “Photo Montage”, “Mixed Media” AND “Live Video”
A Camera Man transmits live video of your event to the big screen for all to view, as it happens. This always thrills audiences as they see themselves live on the big screen!… $1,000.00

ADD-ONS – Video Wallpaper, Multi-Camera Coverage, Interactive Video Games
Aside from your actual presentation, Video Wallpaper throughout the duration of your event gives guests entertainment even while they are sitting down. You can choose from movies and cartoons (copyright charges may apply), computer graphics, bloopers, etc… $150.00 

MULTI-CAMERA COVERAGE - Allows for more live footage of your guests on the big screen. It also allows for split-screen images as well (live footage of two different camera angles on the big screen at the same time!)… $250.00

INTERACTIVE VIDEO GAMES - Heightens the fun at any event. Imagine trivia, game shows, even Play Station, Nintendo 64, etc. on the big screen at your event!

We provide the best of the best DJ's not only for weddings, corporate events, private parties and functions of all sorts, but also to major theme parks that have stringent requirements for DJ/MCs. We meet and exceed those requirements.

We have a comprehensive music library – all in digital format. We have Dance Remixes, Top 40, Hip Hop, Urban, R&B, Swing, Disco, Latin, Modern/Classic Rock, 80’s, Oldies, Country, Techno and just about anything else you can think of. If we don’t have it, tell us prior to your event and we’ll get it. Our musical library is updated on a continuous basis.

We use the latest state-of-the-art equipment in order to provide you with the most reliable event and the best sound possible. All equipment is encased in professional, neat and presentable enclosures.

Our DJ/MCs will wear the appropriate attire for your occasion (from casual to formal – you choose).

Entertainment Caterers does not charge for the setting up or tearing down of equipment, this is our expense and is outside of the hours you contract for.

We do not have any hidden charges. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time you sign your contract. The balance is due ten days prior to the event.

Entertainment Caterers will ensure that our personnel and equipment arrives at your event AT LEAST one (1) hour prior to start time.

We have a multitude of references that attest to our professionalism, performance and complete customer satisfaction.

Entertainment Caterers is special because we give you INDIVIDUAL attention. No matter how large or how small your event is, your opinion counts. It is your party!

Our fees represent a fair market price for the best entertainment possible. Our standards are much higher than others, not only in the performances, but in assisting you in making the proper decision for the right planning which will provide you with a stress-free evening knowing that you have engaged the best company and the best talent around.

We can facilitate an appointment either at our office, or at a place of your choosing in order to provide you with a video of our DJ/MCs and inform you of where your particular DJ/MC might be performing so that you can go and witness an actual performance.
